Senior Financial Services/T&E Litigation Associate - Los Angeles
Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for a Senior Associate in the Litigation Practice of our Los Angeles office. Job Requirements:
Candidates should have at least six years of relevant experience and a strong background in financial services and trusts and estates litigation, with strong appellate experience a plus. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in a mid to large law firm, along with experience drafting pleadings and briefs, conducting research, managing traditional and electronic discovery, assisting with and/or taking and defending depositions, and appearing before state and federal courts.
Candidates must be in good standing with the CA Bar. Federal clerkship a plus. Law school Law Review experience also strongly preferred.

The expected pay range for this position is:
$340 000 to $410 000 per year
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program. Additional voluntary programs include: voluntary accident insurance, voluntary life, voluntary disability, voluntary critical illness and cancer insurance and pet insurance. Commuter and Transit programs may also be available in certain markets.
