Job Description- Report to the Manager of Financial Reporting
- review and interpretation of financial reports
- cash flow projections
- budgeting/forecasting
- abstracting loan management fee agreements
- cash management reporting
- CAM reconciliations
BA degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or similar Business-related field, three or more years of strong experience in property management analytic reporting, and a knowledge base of full-cycle general ledger accounting level or higher.
