Job Description

  • Report to the Manager of Financial Reporting 
  • review and interpretation of financial reports
  • cash flow projections
  • budgeting/forecasting
  • abstracting loan management fee agreements
  • cash management reporting
  • CAM reconciliations 

Qualifications

BA degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or similar Business-related field, three or more years of strong experience in property management analytic reporting, and a knowledge base of full-cycle general ledger accounting level or higher.
