The Senior Financial Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and operational success of the company. This role demands exceptional diligence, a passion for accuracy, and a knack for managing multiple forecasts and large volumes of financial data. Responsibilities:
- Diligent Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Accuracy & Precision in Reporting
- Complex Data Management
Manage and consolidate multiple forecasts and large data sets with extreme attention to detail.
Regularly update and refine financial models to reflect the latest business realities and projections.
Prepare, review, and deliver expense reports, BvAs, and presentations—ensuring every number is double-checked and data integrity is maintained.
Identify variances, reconcile discrepancies, and proactively investigate issues to maintain the highest level of accuracy.
Analyze large and complex data sets from multiple sources, synthesizing information into clear, actionable insights.
Ensure all financial outputs meet rigorous standards for precision and reliability
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 4 - 6 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles with a demonstrated track record of diligence and accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in G-suite and financial modeling; familiarity with ERP, CPM systems, and BI tools (e.g., NetSuite (or similar ERP), Planful (or similar CPM), Qlik (or similar BI Tool ).
- Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and a high bar for precision.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
