Overview

Bellwether is seeking a Portfolio Analytics Senior Analyst to join our Portfolio Management Team. It is a unique opportunity for someone eager to play an integral role in producing highly leveraged and impactful analytical reports. The individual will interact with multiple stakeholders while gaining exposure to various asset classes and fundraising and marketing initiatives. Additionally, this role will be critical in helping conduct portfolio analysis, create new client reporting, and spearhead various production efforts across teams. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile investment-level financial information and assist in creating best-in-class investor relationships and marketing reports
  • Build, maintain and assist in automating analytical dashboards across multiple clients
  • Analyze and calculate portfolio-level metrics that will be used to provide KPIs across various client strategies (i.e., Opportunistic, Income, and Debt)
  • Actively engage and coordinate deliverables with Asset and Portfolio management teams
  • Assist with Due Diligence Questionnaires for client fundraising efforts
  • Create and develop marketing and investor reports for new clients

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial services and/or real estate investment, and at least the same amount of time in an analytical role
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Experience in Big Data Management, MRI  and Tableau is a plus

Education/Certification

  • A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Finance, Economics or Engineering fields
