We are looking for a Cost Analyst to join our FP&A team supporting the Company’s manufacturing operations. As an integral member of the FP&A team, our organization’s overarching responsibility is to provide the highest-caliber, relevant financial and business information that is both insightful and actionable, enabling effective decision-making at all levels of the Company to improve our financial performance. This is a role for an energetic individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and who has excellent communication skills.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partner with Finance, Engineering, and Operations in determining product costs, bill of materials (BOM), and overhead to ensure accurate costing. This includes a detailed analysis of actual cost details, Buy/Sell Models, consigned vs. Turnkey, bills of materials (BOMs), and overhead to ensure accurate costing.

  • Analyze production variances, purchase commitments for actuals and for quarterly and multi-year forecasts, including fluctuations between forecast and actual, with understanding, explanation, and resolution of the same.

  • Participate in monthly and quarter-close financial close and reconciliation.

  • Participate in inventory forecast and supply and demand analysis

  • Conduct quarterly inventory reserve analysis and generate reports for management.

  • Identify and support continual process and procedure improvements for increased efficiency of managing data for analysis.

  • Build relevant ad hoc analysis for business insight and effective decision-making, related to key strategic Finance initiatives.

  • Support continuous operational improvements and system/tool automation for increased efficiency of running big data for deeper analysis.

What we need to see:

  • BS/BA in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience), MBA or advanced degree in Accounting or Finance a plus.

  • 8+ years of experience in finance within a global hardware technology company, supporting manufacturing operations and/or business divisions.

  • Understanding of manufacturing operations, inventory, and cost accounting. Semiconductor experience is a plus.

  • Experience with ERP systems, with preference for SAP or other leading ERP system.

  • Ability to multitask, work independently and in teams to identify and tackle problems enthusiastically and clearly identify key issues of importance for team resolution.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication, written and verbal, skills, including bridging communication between Finance and Operations community.

  • Advanced proficiency with Excel. Experience with SAP, AI Automation tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Power BI/Query, Tableau, or other finance applications or visualization tools is a plus.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 128,000 USD - 201,250 USD for Level 4, and 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD for Level 5.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
