Senior Executive - Business Analyst
(Based at MAS Activewear - Biyagama)

We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to build a strategic link between the capabilities and the business objectives by contributing to profitability and controlling cost whilst recognizing opportunities and rapidly changing with customer and business requirement
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare monthly reports on budgets, KPI charts for each department in order to monitor and compare, customer complaints register and also prepare ad hoc reports on business performance and customer analysis
Facilitate the preparation of Hoshin Kanri, support the formulation of KPIs and A3s to ensure a timely achievement of the overall business objectives.
Facilitate strategic decision-making initiatives/discussions by participating at relevant meetings/forums, carrying out relevant groundwork, research and data analysis via connecting with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely availability of information required to support decision making.
Support the development of performance measures (KPI’s) for functional leads and their respective structures whilst ensuring the strategic alignment in terms of divisional, Nike and IB expectations whilst ensuring timely achievement of set goals/ performance measures by conducting management reviews on an agreed cadence and providing strategic inputs for course correction.
Provide daily operational support to Director, managing time and calendar and assist him/her in prioritizing activities between internal and external engagements in order to optimize his/her effectiveness.
Build, Maintain & leverage effective cordial engagement with all internal and external stakeholder groups of the function to ensure uninterrupted flow of business operations, strengthen partnerships & enhance stakeholder connectivity to build strategic relationships and support organizational deliverables.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Degree in Finance or relevant field
2-3 years of work experience in a similar capacity
Good understanding of the business and its stakeholders
Strong Analytical Skills
Good Interpersonal and Presentation Skills
IT Literacy
