We are looking to add a dedicated and experienced Senior Events Manager for a 13-month contract. You will have excellent planning skills and can work seamlessly with the global events team on the design and delivery of exceptional Arm events. The ideal candidate will bring meticulous execution skills to help drive high-impact events.
Job Overview:
This position is integral to the events team and has responsibility for an array of events throughout the year as well as supporting others in the team to achieve their best. The role will lead and deliver a portfolio of industry tradeshows as well as be a key driver in ensuring regional consistency and alignment across tradeshows.
Responsibilities:
  • Owning and leading various aspects of events and multifaceted projects including industry trade shows and Arm hosted events globally. Including space planning, agendas, logistics and budget.
  • Supporting and using event management tools for events, ensuring the team is adhering to policies and using tools across all events.
  • Provide best practice in event planning and processes, sharing ways or working with the team, leading and guiding them in implementing and using these practices.
  • Stakeholder management, both internal and external, across all projects.
  • Working as part of a team to deliver whole elements of larger Arm run events these could include accommodation, invitations, catering, logistics, shipping, leading on specific sessions, social events, registration and any smaller satellite events.
  • Working with internal Lines of Business to identify, plan and implement delivery of events throughout the year.

Required Skills and Experience :
  • Extensive experience delivering events and exhibitions independently and within a team.
  • Clear understanding of event delivery within the North America and EMEA.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of event planning processes.
  • Exceptional project and time management skills.
  • Experience of using and managing event management tools.
  • Ability to travel to event location as required, including weekends

"Nice To Have" Skills and Experience :
  • Experience of events within the tech sector.
  • Experience of working on events in Europe, North America and APAC

Salary Range:
$49,920-$87,360 per year
