About the Role
Arm is seeking a dynamic Event Manager to join our global events team and lead the strategy and execution of impactful events across the US and China. This role will be based in San Jose, working collaboratively with the global events team and regional stakeholders to deliver exceptional event experiences that align with Arm's strategic priorities.
You'll be a key driver in ensuring regional consistency and alignment across tradeshows, developer conferences, and Arm-hosted events, with a primary focus on bridging strategies between our US and China business units and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement China events strategy with the Global Events Lead, ensuring alignment between global, regional, and business unit priorities.
- Cross-Regional Collaboration:
- Partner closely with the China events team, supporting their delivery focus while guiding the overarching strategic direction. Act as the bridge between regional sales, marketing, and business unit stakeholders.
- Regional Product Understanding:
- Work with Business Units (BUs) to gain a clear understanding of product availability, priorities, and differentiation between the US and China regions.
- Communicate these insights to the global leadership team to foster a broader understanding across the organization, ensuring regional strategies and messaging are aligned and accurate.
- Event Delivery:
- Oversee Arm's participation in major US tradeshows and Arm-hosted events, including developer-focused experiences.
- Ensure all events deliver measurable impact, brand consistency, and audience engagement.
- Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a China-based team of two, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective execution of the strategic vision.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate across marketing, sales, and business units to align event content, audience targeting, and messaging.
- Serve as the regional point of contact for the Global Head of Events and other cross-functional leads.
- International Collaboration & Travel:
- Work closely with the China team through regular virtual collaboration and periodic travel for show delivery and strategic alignment.
About You
- Proven experience in event strategy and execution within global technology organizations.
- Strong understanding of US and China business cultures and experience working across both markets.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels-comfortable shaping high-level direction while overseeing practical delivery.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally, particularly between the US and China.
- Creative, analytical, and results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences.
