Senior Engineering Program Manager IS - Hybrid

As a Senior Engineering Program Manager focused on the Mobile Device service line, you’ll partner with engineering teams to deliver solutions to enhance the experiences of caregivers across Providence. The scope of this role is both broad (across a business unit) and deep (in terms of the technical, process, and continuous-improvement requirements for developing and building enterprise-wide IS services). You will define and shape user‑centric designs and data strategies, build data pipelines, manage data warehouses, and ensure high-quality, readily available data. This role will bridge business needs with technical infrastructure, requiring data engineering skills and the ability to manage complex, long-term technical projects. You’ll collaborate closely with business and IS partners, turn caregiver insights into meaningful features, drive adoption through education and reporting, and champion quality with pride and ownership—while advocating for continuous improvement across engineering processes. This role will work in a fast-paced environment, face constant demands for on-time delivery, and require understanding our customer needs, analysis and design, strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and partnering skills. This role works Hybrid and is open to candidates residing within a daily commuting radius - up to 65 miles - from any of our primary office locations listed below:

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering.
- 5 years of Related experience
- Strong program and project experience.
- Master's Degree
- Experience in a Healthcare environment.
Salary Range by Location:
California: All Southern California - Except Bakersfield: Min: $63.91, Max: $108.82
Oregon: Portland Service Area: Min: $61.31, Max: $104.39
Washington: Western - Except Tukwila: Min: $63.91, Max: $108.82
