Job Description

As our Senior E-Commerce Marketing Manager, you will lead the marketing strategy and execution for a single global e-store platform that serves both B2B and B2C audiences. Currently supporting two brands, the platform will expand to a third brand by year-end and a fourth in 2027. This role blends deep expertise in digital marketing, brand growth, and commerce optimization with AI-powered personalization to deliver measurable engagement and conversion. You will manage integrated campaigns that balance business and consumer priorities, maintain brand differentiation within a unified platform, and ensure exceptional customer experiences as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for a single global e-store supporting multiple brands, with campaigns tailored to both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Plan and implement targeted B2C marketing initiatives across SEO, SEM, social, email, paid media, and influencer channels to increase consumer reach and engagement.
  • Optimize product landing pages and user experience for consumer-centric journeys, leveraging behavioral analytics to maximize conversions.
  • Use AI-driven personalization, automation, and segmentation tools to deliver tailored experiences for different audience groups.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Product, Sales, and eCommerce teams to ensure seamless coordination across B2B and B2C strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance using advanced analytics, continuously refining tactics for both business and consumer objectives.
  • Stay ahead of eCommerce and AI marketing trends, with a special emphasis on B2C innovation like loyalty programs, social commerce, and influencer engagement.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Commerce, Business, or related field.
  • ​5+ years of experience in eCommerce marketing within the SaaS space, including proven experience managing campaigns for B2C audiences.
  • Track record of driving traffic, conversions, and revenue growth in both B2B and B2C digital environments.
  • Skilled in deploying AI-powered tools, marketing automation, and advanced segmentation for personalized customer outreach.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media strategy, paid media, and consumer engagement tactics.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage complex multi-brand strategies within one commerce platform.

Preferences / Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience marketing multi-brand strategies on a unified global commerce platform.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing automation, predictive analytics, and recommendation systems.
  • Knowledge of headless commerce architectures and CMS-driven marketing.
  • Background in manufacturing technology or B2B software marketing.
  • Advanced expertise in SEO, AEO, PPC campaign management, and content marketing strategies.
  • Experience integrating marketing efforts with CRM, ERP, or CPQ platforms for end-to-end customer journey optimization.

Additional Information

Revalize designates standard working hours as 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time (ET) for employees based in the United States and 08:00 to 17:00 Central European Time (CET) for employees operating within the EMEA region.

The compensation offered to the successful candidate will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s work experience, education and licenses, work-related training, key skills, the core duties of the role and its associated responsibilities, additional benefits offered, and the location where the work will be performed. All fulltime (30+ hours) employees are eligible for PTO, Sick and Parental Leave; Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance; 401(k) Plan; Health Savings Account; Life Insurance; Employee Assistance Program.

This is a full-time, bonus eligible position.  Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a range. The listed compensation range represents our good faith estimate for this position and represents the range for new hire salaries across all U.S locations. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
