Act as the technical advocate for PIPE FLOW fluid flow simulation and piping design solutions. Work with sales to deliver demos, perform discovery, build value-driven proposals, support proofs-of-concept, and advise customers on fluid dynamics and piping system design. Coordinate with product, engineering, and success teams, track activities in CRM, and represent the product at industry events.

Partner with sales to deliver tailored demonstrations and technical guidance for TENADO CAD solutions, conduct value-based discovery, create solution proposals articulating ROI, support pre-sales troubleshooting, collaborate with product/marketing/customer success, document CRM interactions, and present at industry events while identifying AI-driven automation opportunities.

Own and grow Configure One Cloud accounts by driving renewals, expansions, and upsells. Qualify new leads, deliver tailored demos, leverage AI-driven analytics for forecasting and account strategy, collaborate with Customer Success and Services to ensure adoption, maintain CRM pipeline discipline, and proactively mitigate churn using data-informed tactics.

Own full sales cycle for Pipe-Flo within a U.S. territory, driving ARR and services bookings. Prospect outbound, qualify inbound leads, deliver demos (web and in-person), engage C-suite and buying committees, and consistently meet quota using AI and automation to improve productivity.

Lead strategy and roadmap for Pipe-Flo legacy and cloud platforms, drive customer adoption and AI-enabled innovation, manage product lifecycle with engineering and UX, and support commercialization, pricing, and retention efforts.

Lead a global customer training transformation: redesign curriculum, delivery, and commercial strategy; own training P&L; manage a distributed team; oversee Docebo and integrations; implement automation and data-driven reporting; partner cross-functionally to align training with product and sales goals.
