Location: United States - Remote

This is a fully remote opportunity but is preferred to be worked from the East time zone.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

At Salesloft, our Senior Director, Revenue Enablement will be pivotal to our company's success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing Revenue Enablement team, driving the strategy and execution of programs that equip our customer-facing teams to consistently perform at their best. As we scale aggressively, you'll own the onboarding experience for a growing wave of new hires while building the everboarding and product enablement frameworks that keep experienced sellers sharp and effective. We believe that when our people are developed with intention and supported by strong systems, there's no limit to what our revenue organization can achieve.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for the following:

Executive Leadership & GTM Alignment

  • Drive the overarching strategy and execution of global enablement programs to empower teams in achieving aggressive revenue targets and corporate objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a global team of enablement professionals, setting clear strategic goals, providing motivation, and fostering professional development.
  • Manage and develop a team of Revenue Enablement Managers and Directors, spearheading talent strategy, building scalable processes, and leveraging state-of-the-art technologies.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and cultivate deep relationships with key executive partners in Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure total GTM alignment.

Onboarding & Continuous Learning

  • Design and mandate global onboarding frameworks that deliver a strong shared foundation rooted in a common language.
  • Architect the comprehensive learning journey for all customer-facing teams, spanning from initial onboarding to executive advancement and promotion.
  • Build and deliver world-class, enterprise-grade programs that provide effective, measurable learning at scale.
  • Cultivate and sustain in-depth knowledge of the product, value proposition, competitors, and macroeconomic trends in the unified communications and collaboration industry.

Coaching, Execution & ROI

  • Develop and execute advanced sales strategies that directly contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline generation and revenue growth.
  • Engage in cross-functional team-building activities, GTM strategy development, sales training, marketing endeavors, and client care initiatives.
  • Consistently support your leadership team in achieving revenue outcomes, proactively identifying bottlenecks, and removing systemic barriers to their success.

You've scaled enablement at a SaaS company, can point to measurable impact on ramp time and revenue productivity, and thrive in high-growth environments where onboarding volume is high and speed matters.

THE TEAM:

Our Salesloft Revenue Enablement team is comprised of seasoned and up-and-coming enablement professionals with deep GTM expertise across onboarding, product enablement, and everboarding.

The Revenue Enablement team consists of results-oriented enablement professionals united by a shared commitment to helping every customer-facing teammate ramp faster, sell smarter, and perform consistently at their best.

THE SKILL SET:

  • Experience: You must have 10-15+ years in Sales or Enablement, with at least 5-7+ years in a management/senior leadership role directing other managers.
  • SaaS Leadership: You have successfully led Enablement for a top-tier SaaS company operating at scale and have delivered verifiable, quantifiable impact on company revenue and board-level metrics.
  • Technical & Methodology Expertise: You possess elite expertise in selecting and implementing Sales Enablement tooling, global Sales Methodologies, and advanced concepts of Instructional Design.
  • Cross-Functional Acumen: The ideal candidate will have a background rich in either Sales or Product. You must excel at translating complex technical information into easily digestible language for diverse global teams.
  • Communication Skills: You must possess executive-level communication, professional presentation skills, and the proven ability to lead large revenue events and serve as an industry thought leader.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.

The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans. 

Base Pay Range
$183,000$209,850 USD
