This includes driving the strategy for pricing optimization and developing player segmentation models to ensure efficient and impactful promotional allocation.

  • Maximize Customer Lifetime Value (CLV): Develop data-driven strategies that deepen customer relationships and drive lifetime value by effectively leveraging promotional offers across key touchpoints (acquisition, activation, retention, and winback).
  • Drive Consumer Engagement with CRM:  Provide CRM team leadership to strategize and execute against a cohesive multi-channel customer communications plan
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Establish robust reporting frameworks to monitor the performance and efficiency of all promotional spend, continuously identifying and executing on opportunities for significant optimization and efficiency gains.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team focused on promotional execution and channel management, providing strategic direction and fostering a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and high performance.
What you have:
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Promotional Strategy, Reinvestment Strategy, or Consumer Analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep, proven experience in B2C Commercial Analytics, including significant work in pricing optimization, promotional modeling, and/or budget allocation to drive maximum ROI.
  • Demonstrated experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing, specifically owning the strategic execution across channels (email, SMS, push).
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of interpreting complex commercial data, building financial models, and translating insights into a cohesive, high-impact reinvestment strategy.
  • Proven experience managing CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of customer economics, segmentation, lifecycle stages, and the strategic use of promotions.
  • Experience in a mobile-first, fast-paced consumer technology, e-commerce, or gaming/DFS/sports betting environment is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across departments.
What makes you stand out:
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in gaming, fantasy sports, or sports betting is a plus.
Where you’ll live:
  • We have a strong preference for candidates based in Atlanta, GA. Outstanding candidates across the U.S. will also be considered for a remote arrangement. #LI-Remote

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
