Roles and Responsibilities
- At the direction of the ITC Executive Leader, translate ITC strategy and regulatory requirements into enterprise priorities and execution plans.
- Lead the development, implementation, and governance of ITC policies, programs, standards, and operating requirements.
- Define and manage the ITC operating model, including escalation paths, management routines, and decision-making processes.
- Establish metrics, dashboards, and management systems to assess program effectiveness, monitor execution, and provide visibility to priorities and risks.
- Lead and integrate key ITC enablement capabilities, including extended network effectiveness, training and communications, digital tools, and risk management.
- Drive standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement of ITC processes across the enterprise.
- Sponsor cross-functional initiatives that improve the efficiency, scalability, and maturity of the ITC program.
- Build strong partnerships across Legal, Digital Technology, HR, Communications, Audit, and business stakeholders to embed trade compliance requirements into business operations and decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 10 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 12 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 14 years of professional experience
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in international trade compliance, regulatory compliance, legal, risk, operations, or a related discipline in a complex global organization
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

The base pay range for this position is $181,000 - $241,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on October 25th, 2026.
