Support DDTC and BIS authorization applications, evaluate license exemptions and exceptions, and improve trade compliance processes. Collaborate cross-functionally with GE Aerospace programs and functions while applying ITAR, EAR, U.S. Customs, and sanctions requirements.

Leads industrial engineering and lean transformation initiatives across manufacturing assembly and test operations. Develops standard work, layouts, workflows, capacity utilization processes, and workstation plans; improves labor and machine utilization; facilitates kaizen and structured problem solving; analyzes capacity and OEE; and establishes best practices across the manufacturing network. The role leads cross-functional projects, coaches teams on lean principles, and requires up to 60% travel.

Provides technical leadership for structural investment castings across the manufacturing value stream. Owns supplier technical relationships, leads root-cause problem solving, improves manufacturability and process capability, qualifies suppliers, reviews special processes and metallurgical results, and supports new product introduction and casting technology industrialization.
