Summary of Position:

The Senior Production Director at NVE Experience Agency oversees large-scale, multi-channel projects while driving operational and strategic improvements. This role acts as a senior production advisor, ensuring high-quality project execution and supporting key client accounts. They are deeply involved in the development of concepts, overseeing projects, and ensuring flawless delivery and execution.

Job Responsibilities: 

Strategic Leadership

  • Shape and implement the production strategy within assigned projects and teams 
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies to elevate production execution

Project Oversight

  • Oversee large-scale projects, high complexity projects, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for major project challenges and operational issues

Client & Industry Leadership

  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key clients
  • Lead key account expansions,  positioning the agency as a strategic production partner

Budget & Resource Management

  • Ensure profitability  targets are met across all assigned projects
  • Take accountability for resource planning, partnering with talent acquisition to ensure team readiness
  • Oversee capacity management, ensuring the team can effectively meet project demands and deliver exceptional results

Team Development & Culture

  • Inspire and develop high-performing project teams, fostering leadership growth
  • Lead hiring, promotions, and annual planning to support long-term team development
  • Implement leadership development programs and succession planning

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in production leadership roles.
  • Proven success managing complex portfolios and scaling agency operations.
  • Strong business development and operational strategy experience.
  • Expertise in client management, contract negotiations, and production execution.

Requirements: 

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the time while working remotely and in a standing position 50% or more of the time while working offsite 
  • Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Have a valid Driver’s License
  • Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally heavier items
  • Available to work weekends and evenings as needed for events

Location:

We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles and New York. The ideal candidate is located in any of our hub locations.

Salary Estimation: $170k-$200k

NVE intends to provide a competitive total compensation package which includes a variety of incentives, benefits, growth and developmental opportunities. There are many factors to the presented salary range, including but not limited to - location, departmental budgets, certifications, and overall job-related qualifications. 


NVE reserves the right to change or modify the employee’s job description whether orally or in writing, at any time during the employment relationship. NVE may require an employee to perform duties outside his/her normal description.
