The Account Director will lead client relationships, manage teams, develop marketing strategies, oversee project finances, and drive account growth while ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

Manage project estimating, budgeting, and procurement for custom fabrication projects. Build accurate estimates, enter budgets in NetSuite, source materials and subcontractors, negotiate vendor terms, create purchase orders, control COGS, and coordinate with project, production, and accounting teams to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.

Manage shop production scheduling and capacity, coordinate handoffs between office and fabrication shop, confirm project readiness, monitor build progress, coordinate installations, and resolve production issues to meet deadlines.

Lead end-to-end event production for agency clients, managing budgets (up to $1M), timelines, vendors, and onsite execution. Oversee client communication, resource allocation, team members (1+ direct report), budgets/invoicing, and ensure projects are delivered on-time and on-budget with high-quality, safety, and compliance standards.

The Director, New Business will lead strategic development and execution of complex proposals, focusing on B2B engagements, overseeing cross-functional teams, and ensuring clarity and alignment in pitch strategies.
