Keeper Security is hiring a Senior Director of MSP Sales to support the Senior Vice President of Sales, Americas and to drive revenue growth within the MSP segment. This is a 100% remote position from select locations with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates who live near our global headquarters in Chicago.

About the Role

The Senior Director of MSP Sales will report to our Senior VP of Sales, Americas. This role requires a seasoned sales leader with a track record of exceeding targets, building high-performing teams and navigating complex sales cycles in Keeper’s Managed Service Provider (MSP) channel. The Senior Director will collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure that MSPs are equipped to sell, implement, and support Keeper’s solutions.

Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the MSP channel to achieve revenue growth targets and expand market share
  • Build and lead a team of sales professionals to drive partner acquisition, focusing on continuous improvement and employee engagement to achieve individual and team success
  • Lead, train and inspire the sales team in strategic, high-value sales processes and tactics
  • Establish and maintain scalable sales processes and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across the sales team
  • Cultivate and grow relationships with key MSP partners to drive mutual success, ensuring that Keeper’s products are integrated and positioned as a core component of the MSP’s service portfolio
  • Partner with Keeper’s channel team to develop and maintain relationships with key partners
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop materials, training, and resources that enable MSPs to effectively sell and implement Keeper’s solutions
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to MSP partners, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed 
  • Lead regular business reviews with MSP partners to assess performance, share insights, and identify areas for improvement and growth
  • Create dedicated outbound motion for targeting relevant ICPs for identity and access management technology
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and exceed our target pipeline coverage ratios
  • Represent Keeper at industry events, conferences and networking functions to raise brand awareness and generate new business opportunities
  • Continuously monitor, evaluate and report on sales performance metrics
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align channel sales goals with the broader company objectives
Requirements
  • 7+ years of sales experience in a B2B software or technology company, with at least 4  years in a leadership role managing channel sales, MSP relationships, or partner ecosystems
  • Experience selling in the cybersecurity space with a preferred focus on privileged access management (PAM)
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and implement MSP sales best practices at scale
  • Deep understanding of the MSP ecosystem, including trends, challenges, and best practices for building and scaling channel partnerships
  • People management experience and a passion for attracting and developing talent
  • Demonstration of high levels of integrity, initiative, honesty and leadership
  • Effective at driving complex multi-stakeholder processes and cross team programs
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships, influence and collaborate at all organizational levels
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills for a global audience
  • Strong business acumen, analytical and detail oriented
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, marketing, operations or a related field
