Accelint is on a mission to accelerate technologies that protect our national security, strengthen public safety, and enable a more sustainable future. We partner with innovators in defense, renewable energy, climate resilience, and beyond — delivering solutions where the stakes couldn’t be higher.
We’re building a modern marketing organization from the ground up. This is your opportunity to define its foundation, shape its narrative, and lead a small, elite team in telling stories that matter on a national scale.
About the Role:
As Senior Director of Marketing, you’ll be the architect and driver of Accelint’s brand, voice, and market presence. You’ll own the entire marketing function — from strategic vision to hands-on execution — while scaling a team, toolkit, and operating model that can grow with the business.
You’ll partner directly with the executive team and solution area leaders to translate complex, mission-critical work into clear, compelling stories that raise awareness, build credibility, and open new opportunities. This is a rare leadership role where you can influence both brand perception and business outcomes in markets that matter.

- Partner with design resources to ensure every asset reflects the brand’s visual and narrative standards
- Manage editorial calendars, reviews, and creative brief processes
Field Marketing & Growth Enablement
- Collaborate with Accelint area leaders to shape and amplify their market stories

- 15+ years of progressive B2B marketing leadership experience
- Proven track record owning brand and go-to-market strategy for high-impact offerings
- Exceptional storytelling skills — able to translate technical or complex topics into compelling narratives
- Strong operational skills — equally adept at designing the playbook and running the plays
- Experience leading small teams and managing agencies in high-growth or high-stakes environments
