weavix® is redefining communication for the global frontline workforce. Through our cutting-edge smart radio platform, we empower industrial and manufacturing environments with unprecedented connectivity, safety, and productivity. With continued growth and expansion across major sectors, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Product Marketing to elevate our go-to-market strategy, product narrative, and category leadership.

Position Summary

As the Senior Director of Product Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how the world understands, adopts, and champions the weavix platform. This executive-level position requires a seasoned leader who combines strategic vision with deep tactical expertise, ideally with experience in the manufacturing, industrial, or frontline tech space. You will lead product marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and revenue growth while guiding messaging, market positioning, competitive strategy, and cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and own the global product marketing strategy across our product portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and GTM success.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of product marketers, while collaborating closely with Product, Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.

Market Intelligence & Positioning

  • Lead ongoing market segmentation, customer persona development, and competitive intelligence for the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
  • Craft compelling, differentiated messaging and positioning that articulates the weavix value proposition to technical and non-technical audiences across multiple buyer levels (e.g., frontline operators, EHS leaders, plant managers, CIOs).

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Oversee and drive GTM strategy for new product introductions, feature enhancements, and strategic initiatives—from pre-launch to adoption to lifecycle growth.
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps to refine pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies across segments.

Sales & Partner Enablement

  • Create world-class enablement programs and content—including playbooks, battlecards, competitive briefs, and demo narratives—that empower internal teams and external partners to sell effectively in complex B2B environments.
  • Drive internal education programs to ensure marketing, sales, and CX teams deeply understand product capabilities and customer value.

Revenue & Performance Impact

  • Own the product marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue growth by aligning closely with demand generation and field marketing teams.
  • Measure, analyze, and optimize campaign and product launch effectiveness to ensure data-driven decisions across initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of product marketing experience in B2B technology, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep domain experience in manufacturing, industrial technology, or frontline-focused platforms.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional GTM programs in high-growth SaaS or hardware/software companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, customer-centric messaging.
  • Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and hands-on operational capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and executive influencing skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree strongly preferred.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
