About the position:
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Marketing Campaign Manager to lead the systems, processes, and analytics that power our marketing engine. This role is critical to scaling our marketing impact, enabling performance-driven decision-making, and ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and customer success.
You'll own the infrastructure behind our campaigns-from planning and budgeting to performance reporting and technology optimization. You'll partner with cross-functional leaders to drive operational excellence and help transform data into action that accelerates pipeline and revenue growth.
What you'll do:
1.Campaign Strategy and Planning
  • Develop and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns to generate and nurture leads
  • Segment target audiences (e.g., hospitals, payers, health systems, clinicians, etc) and tailor campaigns accordingly
  • Responsible for aligning digital marketing capabilities with business goals, ensuring seamless execution, innovation, and optimization across all digital channels
  • Create campaign briefs with clear objectives, KPIs, messaging, budget, and timelines

2. Campaign Execution
  • Lead end-to-end campaign execution across digital (email, paid media, SEO, social), events, content, and traditional marketing channels
  • Oversee A/B testing, personalization strategies, and conversion optimization initiatives
  • Maintain campaign calendars and ensure deadlines are met
  • Execute toward targeted MQL, SQL, pipeline and bookings goals

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with product marketing, sales, design, content, analytics, and external agencies
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with product launches, sales goals, and brand guidelines
  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and results across teams and build a process for feedback and continuous improvement

4. Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using various tools such as CRM dashboards and marketing automation platforms
  • Report on KPIs such as engagement, lead conversion, ROI, CAC, and funnel progression
  • Provide actional insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns
  • Closely manage quarterly campaign budgets

What you'll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Proficient in CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B Demand Generation
  • Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence
  • Experience in a B2B or B2C software/and or healthcare industry
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
  • Data-Driven mindset with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets
