This position requires a deep understanding of how 360 marketing works — from brand and campaign strategy through to regional activation, ecommerce, media, and creative — combined with the organizational capability to orchestrate it all in motion simultaneously. This role is the connective tissue of the Integrated Marketing & GTM organization: the person leaders rely on to understand priorities, resolve conflicts, unblock decisions, and maintain organizational momentum at a global scale.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Partners and leads within the Marketing organization to drive how it moves and makes decisions on a day-to-day basis — working closely with channel leads to determine the operating rhythm, planning cadences, leadership forums, and decision-making structures that keep a complex global function running with clarity and speed.
  • Translates global brand and commercial strategy into integrated 360 marketing plans across all channels, regions, and functions — ensuring Brand, Media, Ecommerce, Regional Marketing, PR, Influencer, CRM, and Creative are working from a single integrated plan, not in parallel silos.
  • Drives integrated planning processes across the full Marketing organization on annual, quarterly, and campaign planning horizons — connecting the dots between global strategy and regional activation across NA, UKI, EMEA, APAC, and China.
  • Owns launch governance across the integrated organization — ensuring every major product launch, campaign, and market activation has a clear plan, clear ownership, and organizational readiness. Establishes governance frameworks, timelines, and accountability structures that hold across functions and markets.
  • Identifies where the organization is slowing down or misaligned — and resolves it before it becomes an execution risk. Acts as the primary escalation point for cross-functional issues, removing barriers and driving decisions forward.
  • Continuously improves how the Marketing organization makes decisions — reducing friction, improving speed, and ensuring the right people are involved at the right moments. Maintains clear decision rights across the integrated function and improves organizational visibility so leaders can act quickly and confidently.
  • Leads post-launch reviews in partnership with key stakeholders and embeds learnings back into planning processes, building a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and organizational ownership across the integrated team.

YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF:

  • You are AN ORCHESTRATOR: You instinctively see how the pieces of a complex organization connect — and you know how to get them moving together. You don't wait for clarity; you create it.
  • You are STRATEGIC: You can translate ambiguous business goals into a clear integrated marketing strategy and org plan, and you know how to build alignment behind it across senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • You are A LEADER: You genuinely enjoy building and developing teams, and you know how to create accountability structures that make great work happen without micromanaging.
  • You have GLOBAL MINDSET: You think about strategy at a global scale and understand that winning in NA, UKI, EMEA, APAC, and China requires different thinking — and that your job is to connect all of it.
  • You are A STRONG COMMUNICATOR: You flex your message for a working session with your team, a cross-functional alignment conversation, or a readout with senior leadership — and you're comfortable correcting misalignments in the room.
  • You are AGILE: You adapt quickly to changing priorities without losing sight of the bigger picture. You know the difference between urgent and important, and you protect the organization's focus accordingly.
  • You are PASSIONATE ABOUT BUILDING: You are energized by building systems, ways of working, and organizational capability — not just executing campaigns. You want to leave the organization materially better than you found it.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with demonstrated ownership of integrated planning, cross-functional operations, and organizational effectiveness at a global scale.
  • Proven track record leading complex, matrixed marketing organizations — aligning Brand, Media, Ecommerce, Regional, and Creative functions around shared priorities and integrated plans.
  • Deep understanding of 360 marketing — from brand and campaign strategy through to performance media, ecommerce, regional activation, and creative operations — with the credibility to orchestrate across all of them.
  • Experience building and running launch governance frameworks and integrated planning processes across global teams and markets.
  • Strong executive presence — comfortable building alignment, presenting strategic recommendations, and correcting misalignments with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience in prestige beauty, luxury, or consumer goods preferred.
  • Must be able to work from Corporate Office at least 60% of the time.

The expected base salary range for this position is $160,000 to $170,000 per year. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
