Here's a closer look at this key role:
- Lead the global strategy, design, and governance of sales compensation plans to drive revenue growth and reward performance.
- Partner with C-level executives and senior leadership across Sales, Finance, HR, and Legal to align comp design with LogicMonitor’s strategic objectives.
- Manage the annual sales compensation design cycle, ensuring timely rollout and clear communication.
- Lead and grow a high-performing compensation operations team.
- Oversee execution of accurate and timely payouts via Xactly, including data integrity, systems administration, and reporting.
- Create and maintain robust financial models and scenario analyses to monitor plan performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Implement and oversee sales compensation governance, including plan documentation, exception handling, and compliance risk mitigation.
- Chair a monthly Sales Compensation Exceptions Committee to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Design quota allocation methodologies based on data-driven models, balancing company goals with market dynamics and rep performance.
Collaborate with Sales Management and RevOps to calibrate quotas that are fair, challenging, and achievable. - Ensure integration of quota metrics into CRM, dashboards, and forecasting tools.
- Maintain a quota change governance process for monthly review and executive approval.
- Partner with Sales and Finance executives to develop LogicMonitor’s Annual Operating Plan.
- Develop and maintain headcount capacity models that reflect hiring plans, ramp periods, attrition, and rep productivity assumptions.
- Create equitable, data-informed territory models across Enterprise, Mid-Market, SMB, and Channel sales teams.
- Forecast and track pipeline performance; create models that support lead-to-revenue conversion and optimize sales investments.
- Partner closely with Marketing to align demand generation with sales coverage and pipeline requirements.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Sales Compensation, GTM Strategy, or Revenue Operations in global, high-growth SaaS environments.
- Demonstrated success designing and operationalizing compensation strategies that align with enterprise growth objectives.
- Proven executive communication and influencing skills with the ability to synthesize complex concepts for senior leadership.
- Expertise in financial modeling, quota design, territory planning, and sales performance analytics.
- Deep experience managing compensation tools (e.g., Xactly), CRM platforms, and planning/reporting tools.
- Adept at cross-functional program management and change management across geographically distributed teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Proven track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval.
