We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support some of our C-Suite Executives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner, ensuring that the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) members’ time is maximized and that day-to-day operations run smoothly. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a high level of discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support:
- Manage and maintain the ELT members’ calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the ELT members
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
- Communication Management:
- Draft, review, and manage basic/simple correspondence on behalf of the ELT members as appropriate
- Coordinate communication between the ELT members and other executives, team members, and external partners
- Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information to relevant stakeholders
- Project Management:
- Assist in the planning and execution of strategic projects and initiatives as appropriate
- Track progress on key deliverables and provide updates to the ELT members
- Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making processes
- Travel and Event Coordination:
- Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
- Plan and coordinate org events, executive meetings, and off-site activities
- Manage the logistics, tech support, and facilitation of the agenda for org wide meetings as appropriate
- Administrative Duties:
- Manage expense reports, purchase orders, and other administrative tasks
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed to support the ELT members and executive team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field OR equivalent and relative experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 4 years supporting C-Suite.
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules and juggle multiple priorities
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of proficiency with Google Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, etc)
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and proactively solve problems
- Team player, with strong collaboration skillset for working in a matrixed environment
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential in this role
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval.
