The Senior Director, Real Estate Services Technology is a senior leader responsible for owning the strategy, execution, and operational performance of the UHG Real Estate Services (RES) technology platform
This role brings deep technology expertise and functional leadership to raise the bar on innovation, scalability, and performance, ensuring RES has a cohesive and sustainable technology ecosystem that enables business outcomes, improves customer experience, and supports delivery across the full real estate portfolio.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the Technology platform for UHG Real Estate
- Provide leadership for data quality, system development, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance supporting Real Estate Services delivery and operations
- Ensure technology teams deliver high-quality reporting, analytics, and insights that support leadership decision-making and performance management
- Oversight of three, individual technology development and data analytics teams
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, customer focus, process discipline and thoughtful innovation all without direct authority
- Evaluate and prioritize intake pipeline for the teams, ensuring resources are on-message and on-task
- Mediate alignment when priorities conflict both within the technology team and across Real Estate. Escalate effectively
- Translate leadership vision into actionable execution and continuously move strategic objectives forward
- Must be able to connect disparate solutions - reporting, A.I., workflow, operational software, etc - to Real Estate strategy and customer impact at all times
- Develop and evaluate business cases for alignment with departmental goals, and effectively communicate and advocate the rationale behind those decisions
- Maintain a cohesive, value-driven RES technology portfolio
- Business owner for third party technology vendors, including lifecycle management in partnership with Enterprise Procurement, modernization planning, and end-of-life decisions
- Responsible for the Real Estate technology budget, including forecasting, investment planning and cost savings initiatives

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in technology management and 8+ as a program owner for business technologies
- Experience:
- Supporting a Real Estate technology suite and/or Real Estate facilities, capital projects, workplace services, and asset-based operations
- ThoughtSpot/Power B.I. solutions
- Management/ownership of data quality program(s)
- Proven experience owning technology strategy, portfolio management, and execution in a complex enterprise environment
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional technology initiatives, balancing strategy, delivery, and operational excellence without direct authority
- Proven executive presence and ability to work with senior leaders
- Proven ability to translate strategic vision into execution
- Proven high level of achievement, ownership, and drive
