What you’ll do: 

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Analytics Pod Lead to direct the strategy for analytic frameworks, oversee team skill development, and ensure the effective execution of analytics initiatives to drive actionable business insights. This role is crucial for fostering a data-driven culture within Gain Theory and maximizing the impact of our analytical capabilities.  This individual will report to the Head of Analytics. 


Key Responsibilities: 

Framework Development & Adoption: Establish robust analytical frameworks and drive the adoption of best practices across the organization. 

Knowledge Sharing & Community Building: Facilitate knowledge sharing and technique refinement within the analytics community. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with various teams to ensure agility and responsiveness in analytics delivery. 

Team Leadership & Development: Develop and mentor the analytics team, aligning with the company's 'best place to work' initiative.  Focus on team management, motivation, recognition, and individual fulfilment. 

Workflow Management: Oversee the progression and integrity of analytics workflows and project deliverables. 


What you’d need to succeed: 

Proven Expertise: 5+ years of experience in an analytical leadership role, preferably within a marketing analytics or consulting environment. 

Analytical Mastery: Deep understanding of analytical and modeling methodologies, including MMM, attribution, and other advanced techniques. 

Leadership & Mentorship: Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop high-performing analytical teams. 

Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into analytical frameworks and initiatives. 

Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. 

Project Management: Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Employee Satisfaction (ESAT) of the analytics team 
  • PBOP Adoption Rate 
  • Adoption rate and effectiveness of new analytics frameworks

  • Improvement in commercial outcomes driven by analytics insights
