Location: This position is remote within the United States.

We’re looking for an experienced Strategic Alliances & Partnership professional to inform and execute a partner strategy that enables Huge, a leading independent design and technology company to further grow our partner ecosystem across Digital Experience (DXP), Commerce, Data & AI, and Emerging. 

You will manage a portfolio of strategic alliances responsible for shaping and managing the go-to-market strategy, fueling demand generation, and scaling the partnership adoption across the Huge organization.

You'll need to be able to quickly create meaningful relationships both internally and externally. You are passionate about being part of a high growth company whose strategy is transforming how brands create value for their customers and their business with intelligent experiences.  

What you will be doing

  • Represent the strategic objectives and interests of Huge to deepen partnerships and amplify Huge’s visibility in partner networks
  • Develop specific alliance plans to include annual & quarterly goals, marketing, and enablement
    • Partnering with the Huge Growth and Technology teams to execute and scale.
  • Be the primary point of contact for 1-3 partners throughout the partner lifecycle
    • Leading the GTM activation in partnership with peers in Growth and Marketing
    • Partnering with the Huge Growth & Commercial team for inbound and outbound opportunities
    • Establishing the connection with the sales team at the respective partner
  • Work with sales teams to implement co-selling campaigns & activities to drive demand and unlock qualified pipeline
  • Work with the broader organization at Hero Digital to support partner marketing events, technical enablement, account discovery, and sales support as needed
  • Serve as a partner advocate to drive adoption at Huge and equally to increase Huge adoption within the partner organization
  • Contribute to growing the partnership by nurturing a long-term relationship, fostering a deep understanding of the partner’s objectives, values and being laser-focused on tracking and managing to KPIs

What you should have

  • Relevant alliance/partnership experience either on the services or software side
  • 10+ years overall work experience in digital experience space
  • Self-starter. Equally comfortable taking direction from leadership and peers. 
  • Great track record for maintaining partner relationships and experience in enabling sales organizations to sell with partners
  • Strong product/tech sensibility, and comfort with considering basic technical feasibility of partner solutions. 
  • Executive presence working with senior leadership within Huge and within partner organizations
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Examples include:
    • Creating executive presentations and external sales presentations
    • Leading in-person/virtual presentations  internally or externally
    • Creating strategic briefs and plans
  • In-depth experience operating within and project managing cross-functional teams (product management, customer success, legal, finance, marketing, engineering, etc.
  • Partner experience with Google Cloud Platform 
  • Partner experience with DXP platforms such as Adobe and Optimizely is a plus
  •  
  • Previous experience at an agency or consultancy is preferred 

This role is currently not available for hire or work in New Mexico, and Hawaii, USA.

The salary range for this position is as listed below. Exactly where a prospective employee will be paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, the actual salary ranges for current and former employees who are either currently filling a similar role or did in the past; the candidate’s depth of experience and qualifications; the level of specialization the role requires; budgetary considerations; the market demand for that role and the local market conditions that exist where the employee will be based. For current Huge employees, tenure will also be a consideration.
