We are looking for talented individuals to join us in transforming the neurology health care industry. LVIS is looking for a senior DevOps engineer who is responsible for commercial cloud-based big-data-driven medical analysis software in the cloud and management for continuously scaling services. A successful candidate would have a background in both software development and systems, familiarity with AWS and Linux servers, and a drive for automation, configuration as data, and enabling rapid development iterations.
Requirements
Responsibilities
- Provision, configure, and manage scalable, highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Application and Resource Management on Kubernetes environment utilizing multi-cluster EKS.
- Setting up CI/CD pipelines for application testing, releasing and deployment with GitOps practices (preferred Teamcity, Jenkins and ArgoCD or FluxCD)
- Site Reliability engineering practices with Monitoring and Logging. Detecting and Alerting incidents using Observability stacks (ELK is preferred).
- Cost Analyze and optimization on AWS for a scalable applications and databases
- Integrate security best practices (DevSecOps) working closely with Regulation Team
- Designing automated test environments with QA Teams and creating automated reports and dashboards
- Designing for backup systems and operation experience
- Developing and Managing deployment strategies
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, agile practices, and the software development lifecycle.
- A passion for continuous learning and keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in DevOps and software engineering.
Qualifications
- 7+ years DevOps/Software Engineer
- IaC/Config: Terraform, Ansible, Terragrunt, Kustomize, Helm
- CI/CD Tools: Experience one of CI tools eg. Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions. And CD tools eg. ArgoCD, FluxCD
- Containers and container orchestration platforms (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Cloud Platforms: Advanced knowledge of AWS
- Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack.
Preferred Qualifications
- Security configuration of AWS system
- Database management knowledge (SQL, NO-SQL)
- AWS Solution Architect Certification (Associate/Professional)
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
- Certified Kubernetes Administration
- Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist
- Familiar with Agile Development Practices
