UTA’s Brand Studio seeks a Senior Designer (5+ years) to join our Los Angeles–based team. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives with autonomy and partners closely with creative leadership to develop distinctive, system-driven brand identities. You’ll work across the media and entertainment, gaming, fashion, and CPG (health & wellness, food & beverage) categories, helping shape brands from the ground up with clarity, rigor, and creative ambition.

This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $135,000–$155,000 commensurate with experience and skills.
What You Will Do

  • Explore, develop, and deliver culturally-resonant brand identity work — from concept through launch and final asset delivery — on behalf of agency clients across Film & TV, Music, Sports, and Creators (digital)

  • Develop cohesive visual systems that translate brand strategy into clear, compelling design programs across relevant brand touchpoints

  • Explore, prototype, and refine multiple creative directions with a high level of independence

  • Collaborate closely within a tight team structure that promotes independence as well as creative collaboration

  • Present work clearly to internal stakeholders and clients, articulating rationale and strategic thinking

What You Will Need

  • 5+ years of professional experience in brand design, ideally within top-tier brand design studios

  • A portfolio that emphasizes fluency with brand identity systems in media and entertainment, gaming, fashion, and/or CPG (health & wellness, beauty, food & beverage)

  • Strong conceptual thinking and strategic understanding paired with excellent design craft across typography, layout, color, imagery, and system development

  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal oversight in a lean, dynamic, in‑house studio environment

  • Friendly confidence and grounded judgment, fully comfortable making and owning creative decisions

  • High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva/Keynote/PPT
