What Are We Looking For?

SentinelOne is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to build and execute marketing campaigns that drive qualified pipeline growth for the Observo AI platform. This role will own the entire demand generation funnel from awareness to conversion, creating and managing integrated campaigns across digital, content, webinar, and field marketing channels throughout the Americas. You'll work closely with Product Marketing and Sales teams to ensure campaign messaging resonates with our technical audience and converts prospects into customers.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in B2B demand generation, experience marketing to technical security audiences, and a proven track record of building programs from the ground up that drive measurable pipeline impact.

What Will You Do?
  • Design, build, and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across digital marketing, content marketing, webinars, and field marketing channels
  • Own the entire demand generation funnel, optimizing for qualified pipeline contribution and conversion at each stage
  • Develop and manage lead nurturing campaigns and marketing automation workflows to move prospects through the buyer journey
  • Partner with Product Marketing to ensure campaign messaging and content resonates with technical security audiences including CISOs, IT leaders, and security practitioners
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to align on lead qualification criteria, handoff processes, and campaign attribution
  • Manage marketing budget allocation and optimization across channels and programs
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to extend campaign reach and capabilities
  • Establish measurement frameworks and reporting to track campaign performance and pipeline contribution
  • Continuously test and optimize campaigns based on performance data and market feedback
  • Support strategic marketing initiatives that accelerate Observo AI's growth within the SentinelOne ecosystem
What Skills and Knowledge Should You Bring?
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on demand generation and pipeline creation
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, particularly Marketo
  • Proficiency with demand generation tools including Apollo, RollWorks or DemandBase, Gong, Outreach.io, CommonRoom, On24 or Goldcast (preferred) and Salesforce
  • Proven track record of building and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing spend across channels
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to measure, report, and optimize campaign performance
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Experience marketing to technical audiences, particularly in cybersecurity, security operations, or enterprise software
  • Previous experience selling to or marketing to CISOs, IT leaders, and technical decision makers
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
  • Background in B2B SaaS companies, especially in the security or observability space preferred
  • Experience working with external agencies and vendor management

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate. For some locations, a different pay range may apply.  If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting process. You can also reach out to the recruiter with any questions.

Base Salary Range
$157,600$217,000 USD
