About the role:

We’re looking for a strategic Demand Generation Manager to develop and execute end-to-end campaigns. You’ll be instrumental in generating and nurturing high-quality leads through innovative and data-driven strategies.

 

Location preference to San Francisco or New York

 

Responsibilities: 

  • You’ll be the czar of non-paid channels: email, webinars, and direct mail
  • Manage end-to-end demand generation campaigns, ensuring they resonate with our target audience and meet business goals
  • Develop and execute intent and interest-based lead generation programs, collaborating closely with Sales to nurture leads through the sales funnel
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to drive pipeline growth
  • Partner with our content marketing team to create compelling, targeted content
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure integrated and cohesive demand generation efforts

Qualifications We Value:

  • 4+ years in marketing execution, preferably in B2B software 
  • Campaign Expertise: 2+ years in campaign planning and execution in relevant industries
  • Proficiency with ABM software (e.g. 6sense, DemandBase), Salesforce, Hubspot, and Webinar Platforms (e.g. Zoom Webinar Solutions, On24)
  • Strong ability to work well across team
  • Project Management: Excellent project management skills with a keen attention to detail
  • High sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple projects and webinars simultaneously
  • Ability to assess and prioritize workload in a deadline-driven environment

Compensation for this position includes a base salary, equity, and a variety of benefits. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable. Your recruiter can provide further details.
