About the role:
We’re looking for a strategic Demand Generation Manager to develop and execute end-to-end campaigns. You’ll be instrumental in generating and nurturing high-quality leads through innovative and data-driven strategies.
Location preference to San Francisco or New York
Responsibilities:
- You’ll be the czar of non-paid channels: email, webinars, and direct mail
- Manage end-to-end demand generation campaigns, ensuring they resonate with our target audience and meet business goals
- Develop and execute intent and interest-based lead generation programs, collaborating closely with Sales to nurture leads through the sales funnel
- Measure and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to drive pipeline growth
- Partner with our content marketing team to create compelling, targeted content
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure integrated and cohesive demand generation efforts
Qualifications We Value:
- 4+ years in marketing execution, preferably in B2B software
- Campaign Expertise: 2+ years in campaign planning and execution in relevant industries
- Proficiency with ABM software (e.g. 6sense, DemandBase), Salesforce, Hubspot, and Webinar Platforms (e.g. Zoom Webinar Solutions, On24)
- Strong ability to work well across team
- Project Management: Excellent project management skills with a keen attention to detail
- High sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple projects and webinars simultaneously
- Ability to assess and prioritize workload in a deadline-driven environment
