As a Senior Data Analytics Consultant, you will work with our newest customers who are just starting their Digital
Experience journey with Dynatrace. You will be exposed to a wide variety of clients that span across many different
verticals (retail, auto, finance, travel, etc.) to help foster engagement and usage of the Dynatrace Digital
Experience components. Your main objective will be to help the customer understand why Digital Experience is
critical to their monitoring strategy, while also helping them to take their first steps in Dynatrace tool usage.
To achieve your goals, you will receive training to become an expert in our Digital Experience components of
Synthetic Monitoring, Real User Monitoring (RUM), and Session Replay. You will be equal parts product evangelist
and data analyst as you help customers take their first steps towards solving their most critical data-driven
business problems.
This role requires excellent customer-facing communication skills as well as great collaboration skills as you work
with our internal Dynatrace account teams to help drive digital transformation for our customers. Responsibilities
include:
- A customer-first attitude that focuses on enablement and curiosity as you work to learn the unique needs
of each customer as they take their first steps with Digital Experience - Becoming adept with our Digital Experience components to find the important pieces of data that will
help move the performance needle for your customers - Excellent prioritization and organizational skills that will help you manage your day-to-day delivery to
a large and varied customer base - Looking for opportunities to help your newer customers mature with Digital Experience and expand
their usage of Dynatrace. - Creating concise analysis and enablement deliverables for your clients to highlight the value of Dynatrace
with initial investigation into performance fault domains - Focusing your efforts with a consultative mindset to identify needs across varied industry verticals
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Statistics,
Mathematics, Economics, or other related disciplines is required. - 2-3 years of experience working in a customer success role or data analysis consultative role, including a
strong emphasis on client facing communication and presentation expertise - Adept and comfortable working in a customer-facing role as a conversation and strategy leader geared
toward successful outcomes
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in data-driven analysis - excellent at working with, understanding, and analyzing data
- Basic understanding of web technologies including HTML, JS, CSS, networking, Content Delivery Networks,
Cloud; basic understanding of Chrome Dev Tools and Webpage test - Familiarity with analysis tools including Google Analytics, Adobe, Advanced Excel, Tableau, SPSS, R, etc.
- Stellar conceptualization and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to bring business and technical
people together around clear product concepts, and to motivate them to deliver whole, working solutions - Operates with a customer first focus
- Proven ability to work under pressure and to handle multiple conflicting priorities
- Recognizes and understands both personal and team dynamics and relationships, is empathetic to
stakeholder concerns and effectively influences and persuades - Self-starter who thinks proactively and tries to develop solutions rather than wait for an answer
Has a desire to learn new technology and deliver successful customer and partner outcomes for
stakeholders at all levels - Possesses excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
Expectation: All Insights team members are expected to travel at least 1 time per year for annual team meetings

The targeted base pay range for this role is $90K to $110K. When determining your salary, we consider your skills, experience, education, work location and internal equity.
