About the Role:

We are searching for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Data & Insights team as a strategic partner to the business. This role delivers high‑impact analytics solutions-including dashboards, KPIs, advanced analysis, and automation-to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders, work with large and complex datasets, communicate findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences, and support the growth and development of junior analysts.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a strategic analytics partner to leadership by translating business priorities into advanced analytical initiatives and solutions.

  • Designs, develops, and maintains enterprise-level KPIs, dashboards, reporting ecosystems, and analytical models that support long-term organizational goals.

  • Independently gathers, integrates, and prepares highly complex datasets from diverse internal and external sources, ensuring data quality, scalability, and consistency.        

  • Conducts advanced analyses—including statistical modeling, segmentation, forecasting, and root-cause investigations—to deliver proactive and actionable insights.

  • Leads cross-functional discovery sessions to deeply understand business challenges and define analytical requirements, often identifying opportunities before they are requested.

  • Advises stakeholders on data governance, best practices for analytics, and secure data handling, improving organizational data literacy and adoption of analytic tools.           

  • Acts as the Data & Insights representative on ePMO and strategic projects, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables aligned with organizational priorities.

  • Drives enterprise automation and efficiency by creating reusable scripts, analytic frameworks, and automated workflows that streamline complex processes.

  • Serves as a technical and analytical mentor for Data Analysts and Associate Data Analysts, providing guidance on methodologies, quality assurance, and documentation.

  • Collaborates with data engineering and data science partners to enhance data pipelines, advise on architectural decisions, and support model development and deployment.

  • Delivers clear, compelling presentations that translate complex analytical findings into insights accessible to leadership and non-technical audiences.

  • Ensures full compliance with all Federal Regulations as they pertain to job duties, including BSA.

Position Requirements:

  • This position is Remote.

  • Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience is Required.

  • 8+ years of Data Analysis experience is Required.

  • Prior experience working within Financial Services (such as Banking or Credit Unions) is Required.

  • Relationship management experience with financial lines of business & data visualization is Required.

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Python, including experience with automation, performance tuning, and statistical libraries is Required.

  • Experience optimizing queries and workflows in centralized data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Data Bricks, etc.) is Required.

  • Experience creating polished dashboards and visualizations in Power BI is Required.

  • Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
