Contact members to collect on charged-off accounts via phone, mail, and electronic communications. Process agreements, disputes, and cease-and-desist requests. Perform skip tracing, maintain detailed account records, coordinate with collection agencies and attorneys, prepare reports, and recommend payment plans or legal actions while ensuring regulatory compliance and professional member service.

Provide paralegal support to the General Counsel including legal research, contract drafting and review, litigation and discovery management, probate matters, compliance and governance support, and liaison with internal stakeholders and outside counsel. Maintain legal files, contract databases, calendars, and prepare legal correspondence and special projects.

Manage and operate the vulnerability management program: run and analyze scans, prioritize and track remediation, validate fixes, produce reports and audit evidence, align practices to financial regulatory frameworks, support incident response and penetration testing coordination, and collaborate with IT teams to reduce risk.
