Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Computer
- Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and Power BI Report Builder.
- Strong expertise in SQL, database management, and optimization.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, and
- Databricks.
- Knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases (SQL Server).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git) for analytics deployment.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and effectively
- communicate findings to stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Python for data automation and predictive modeling
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques, including classification, regression, and
- clustering.
- Expertise in data governance, compliance, and security best practices.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or relevant cloud
- certifications.
- Ability to mentor and train junior analysts, fostering a culture of data excellence.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Requirements gathering. Gather and understand customer requirements to provide analytical support tailored to their reporting needs.
- Data Visualization & Storytelling. Create compelling interactive dashboards that present data findings in a clear, actionable manner.
- Data Integration. Collaborate with data engineers and other teams to ensure data quality and integration across multiple sources.
- Data Governance. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in all analysis and reporting activities.
- Collaboration. Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and department leaders to gather requirements and deliver data solutions that drive business insights.
- Continuous Improvement. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
