- Support development and administration of project tracking solutions in Smartsheet
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Assist in building standardized reporting templates and data models for PMO use
- Analyze trends and provide insights to support program reviews and leadership decision-making
- Support maturity assessment efforts, scorecard development and KPI tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and reporting requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and automation
- Build and implement API pipelines
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 10+ years' experience in data analysis, or metrics reporting, or related work
- 10+ years' experience developing dashboards, reports and KPIs
- 10+ years' experience developing data pipelines or ETLs (Extract, Transform, Load)
- 10+ years' experience with Unix / Windows, SQL, designing and development API-driven data pipelines
- 10+ years' experience with Tableau and Power BI
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 10+ years experience in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data organization)
- Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project management tools
- Understanding of project/program management concepts
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate data into insights
