The Finance Strategy & Analytics team partners with senior leaders across Product, Pricing, and Fintech to inform high-impact decisions that drive durable shareholder value.

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Product & Pricing (Finance & Strategy) to serve as a strategic thought partner to fintech and product leadership. This role sits at the intersection of finance, analytics, and product strategy, and is responsible for translating complex data into clear, decision-ready insights.

This is not a reporting role. It requires independently framing ambiguous business problems, designing rigorous analytical approaches, and influencing senior stakeholders through structured recommendations.

 A day in the life (Responsibilities) 

Partner on High-Impact Fintech & Pricing Decisions

  • Evaluate fintech unit economics, including margin structure, loss assumptions, customer acquisition efficiency, and lifecycle value.
  • Analyze risk tradeoffs and growth efficiency to inform investment and pricing strategy.
  • Develop customer growth and revenue projections, including scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses.
  • Influence roadmap and pricing decisions through executive-ready analysis and narrative.

Drive Analytical Rigor & Metric Design

  • Define and standardize core operating metrics across product and pricing domains.
  • Design structured approaches to ambiguous business questions, moving from problem framing to recommendation.
  • Validate data integrity and pressure-test assumptions before presenting conclusions.

Elevate Data Infrastructure

  • Identify gaps in data architecture that limit strategic insight.
  • Partner with Data and Analytics Engineering to uplevel data models and infrastructure, including leveraging complex sources such as credit card fingerprinting to improve customer identity resolution and performance tracking.
  • Improve automation and scalability of critical analytics workflows.

Executive Communication & Influence

  • Regularly present findings to Director and VP-level stakeholders.
  • Translate deep SQL-driven analysis into concise executive narratives.
  • Challenge assumptions constructively and influence decision-making with a clear point of view.
What you'll need to thrive (Requirements)

Location Note: We are currently only hiring candidates based in Boston, NYC, or San Francisco.  We'd love to have you join us in one of these hubs!

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, finance strategy, product analytics, or other analytically rigorous roles.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing product, pricing, fintech, or financial strategy decisions.
  • Strong fluency in business modeling, including unit economics, ROI analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
  • Advanced SQL expertise; comfortable working across complex, multi-source data environments.
  • Experience working within modern BI ecosystems (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Hex, Sigma).
  • Experience using Python (Pandas, NumPy) for analytical modeling and data exploration.
  • Ability to independently frame ambiguous business problems and translate them into structured analytical approaches.
  • Strong judgment in balancing analytical rigor with speed and business context.
  • High standards for data accuracy, metric design, and assumption validation.
  • Experience navigating new data sources and partnering effectively with Data and Analytics Engineering teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presenting structured recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in fintech, payments, subscription, or transaction-based platform businesses.
  • Experience embedded within Finance, Product, or Pricing organizations.

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions, if eligible), benefits, and equity (if eligible).

Pay Range
$102,000$163,000 USD
