- Capture, analyze, organize, and prioritize business requirements for moderately complex technical projects
- Perform regular audits for system access, compliance and training
- Provide explanations and information to Operations

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- 1+ years of call center OR operations experience in healthcare
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (Domestic) per business need

Preferred Qualifications:
