Lead design and implementation of credit card products across onboarding, account management, lifecycle, and customer communications. Maintain PRDs, define backend data needs, coordinate integrations with support and controls, enable launches with legal/compliance, and support prioritization, product build activities, and cross-functional alignment.

Compensation: $130K - $160K/Year plus Bonus
This role is responsible for supporting the design and implementation of credit card products, including onboarding, account management, customer experience, and product requirements, ensuring alignment across business, technology, and operations.
Responsibilities- Support development of credit card product features and lifecycle design
- Manage onboarding and account management frameworks
- Review and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
- Bring SME in Credit Product launch and enablement – legal and compliance as well
- Assist the execution team around prioritization and feature/product level controls and guardrails
- Define backend data requirements, including data capture, storage, and usage
- Establish customer communication flows (notifications, servicing, alerts)
- Coordinate integration with customer support portal
- Collaborate with technology and controls teams to ensure smooth product implementation
- Support product build activities and ensure alignment with overall product strategy
- At least 12 Years of Experience in credit risk product, particularly in credit cards/ commercial cards
- Strong understanding of onboarding, servicing, and account lifecycle
- Experience creating and managing PRDs
- Strong track record of delivering against established goals and roadmaps.
- Ability to translate business requirements into detailed product specifications
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (tech, operations, compliance)
- Analytical mindset with exposure to data and reporting tools
