What You'll Do
As a Senior Creative Strategist on the Marketing Services team, you’ll be responsible for shaping the creative direction of some of the most innovative companies raising capital today. You’ll drive impact in five key ways:
Creative Strategy & Briefing
- Translate deep research into big ideas, campaign concepts, and creative strategies tailored for investor audiences.
- Write clear, actionable creative briefs aligned with testing strategies that produce measurable wins
- Lead calls with clients asking sharp questions, surfacing insights, and capturing narratives that directly inform campaign strategy.
Performance Optimization
- Analyze creative performance data (ROAS, CTR, engagement, conversions) to identify trends and refine strategies that maximize impact.
- Use insights from testing and analytics to inform future creative iterations and long-term planning.
- Recommend creative pivots across paid social, landing pages, and email campaigns.
A/B Testing & Experimentation
- Design A/B tests to identify high-performing creative variations across different audience segments and platforms.
- Foster a culture of experimentation by sharing findings and encouraging cross-functional teams to test new approaches.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Actively foster collaboration by working closely with strategy, paid media and retention, creative + content production, to align creative strategies with overarching campaign goals.
- Build strong relationships production teams to scale creative output without compromising quality.
- Serve as the creative “voice” in cross-functional discussions, ensuring investor motivations are at the center of campaign storytelling.
Innovation & Continuous Learning
- Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies, ensuring our creative efforts remain competitive and cutting-edge.
- Champion a growth mindset within the team by embracing new creative tools, formats, and storytelling approaches.

- Strong understanding of ROAS, CTR, CPC, and full-funnel marketing metrics, with the ability to translate data into creative direction.
- Experience guiding creative execution to ensure assets are impactful, persuasive, and performance-ready, with hands-on usage of LLMs and creative AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Firefly, Runway, etc.) to ideate, prototype, and scale.
Research & Analytical Rigor
- Expertise in conducting deep research into industries and competitors to surface insights that inform creative strategy.
- Strong track record in testing frameworks and performance optimization, with the ability to connect creative variables to campaign results.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring a zero-error standard in compliance-sensitive environments.
Project & Operational Leadership
- Ability to manage multiple, complex client loads while maintaining high quality and hitting deadlines.
- Skilled at cross-functional collaboration with Paid Media, Video, and Design, guiding priorities and ensuring smooth handoffs.
- Experience introducing process improvements, frameworks, or AI-driven tools that deliver measurable efficiency gains.
