Purpose

The Senior Creative Producer is responsible for managing all aspects of high level creative campaigns inclusive of Trailers, broadcast spots, digital spots, featurettes, etc. The Senior Creative Producer leads creative strategy development with editorial, Motion Graphics, copywriting and music departments. They will need to communicate across all departments, this role will ensure both internal teams and clients are always satisfied. Senior Creative Producers serve as a main point of contact to all clients and aims to ensure client creative vision is achieved. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Provides creative ideas and strategy on all assigned projects, including writing, editorial notes, graphics feedback, music feedback, etc.
  • Articulate and pitch creative concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all client and internal feedback is translated into detailed, actionable notes and shared with appropriate parties to achieve client creative vision.
  • Responsible for managing and directing project team members to ensure accuracy and completion of all phases of the creative process, such as asset gathering, graphic creation and approvals, writing, music, offline/online editorial, and final deliverables ensuring completion at each stage is within project timeline.
  • Forecast and communicate project needs with all internal departments (music, graphics, operations, AEs, etc.) and executives.  
  • Proactively works to ensure projects are moving forward on time and on schedule - proactively plan and strategize to address roadblocks in advance.
  • Manages final deliverables to clients and creative partners, adhering to schedules and deadlines as well as ensuring to review and quality control all deliverables before release.
  • Write copy and/or evaluate copy for campaigns – in all forms (trailer, TV, tag lines, etc). 
  • Be the expert on the client IP(s) you are assigned to.
  • Work collaboratively with Operations to manage internal resources.
  • Accountable for managing project budgets and partnering with finance on client billing.
  • Manage and mentor project team members. 

Required Skills

  • 7+ years prior experience as Senior Creative Producer/ Creative Producer or similar role in the entertainment industry, preferably in Theatrical/AV and Streaming
  • Strong portfolio of work showing creative invention and innovation with the ability to articulate big and breakthrough ideas in AV, broadcast and digital content.
  • Proven success in project management and execution across all forms of media.
  • Superior organizational, communication and collaborative skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills both creatively and organizationally.
  • Ability to multi-task and able to manage the pressures of multiple competing deadlines; highly detailed oriented and meticulous.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and scheduling.
  • Has a passion for creating visually engaging, market-oriented content with a good sense of storytelling and creative writing.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable using both Google Suite and Microsoft programs (excel, word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Adobe Premiere and Filemaker Pro, a plus.
  • Passion for entertainment marketing.

Pay Range
$150,000$175,000 USD
