Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture / pre-sales / solution engineering
  • Deep expertise in Sports, Media & Entertainment ecosystems
  • Proven ability to operate at executive (C-level) and technical levels
  • Strong experience in:
  • Large-scale venue or media technology environments
  • AI/ML, data platforms, cloud, and infrastructure
  • Partner ecosystem development (OEMs, integrators)
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and leadership skills 
  • Willingness to travel globally (~50%)

Role Overview

WWT is seeking a Senior Client Solutions Architect (CSA) to serve as the global industry leader for Sports, Media & Entertainment (SM&E) within the Global Service Provider (GSP) organization.

This role will partner directly with the Global Director of Sports & Entertainment to drive global go-to-market (GTM) strategy, industry engagement, and technology innovation across stadiums, leagues, media companies, theme parks, and large-scale venues.

The Sr CSA will act as a trusted advisor, shaping industry solutions, influencing large-scale deals, and aligning WWT’s capabilities with evolving SM&E customer demands.


Key Responsibilities

Industry Leadership & GTM

  • Co-lead global Sports, Media & Entertainment strategy with the Global Director.
  • Define and execute industry GTM motions, including priority solutions, partners, and use cases.
  • Serve as the primary technical voice of the industry, both internally and externally.
  • Represent WWT at industry events (e.g., leagues, venues, media, and entertainment ecosystems).

Customer & Partner Engagement

  • Build executive relationships with league, team, venue, and media clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor across business and technology strategy.
  • Collaborate with OEMs and ecosystem partners to develop joint solutions and offers.

Solution Development & Architecture

  • Translate industry needs into scalable solutions and architectures.
  • Lead solution development across:
    • Venue IT/OT (networking, Wi-Fi, edge compute)
    • Digital fan engagement (AI/ML, personalization, data platforms)
    • Media workflows & content distribution
    • Smart venues, payments, and operations platforms
  • Leverage WWT’s Advanced Technology Center (ATC) for demos, validation, and innovation.

Sales & Delivery Alignment

  • Partner with account teams to identify, shape, and close strategic opportunities.
  • Support RFPs, solution positioning, and deal structuring.
  • Ensure alignment between pre-sales architecture and delivery execution.

Market Intelligence & Innovation

  • Analyze industry trends, investments, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine WWT’s positioning and messaging.
