As a Senior Consulting Services Sales Architect, you will serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, designing implementation solutions that support consulting engagements and sales opportunities. You will be responsible for guiding engagement structure, supporting discovery sessions, and ensuring seamless handoffs from sales to delivery. We are seeking applicants with strong presentation skills, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for driving customer success through strategic solution design.
What you will be doing:
- Coach and mentor Consulting Services Sales Architects to ensure consistent, high standards of service delivery
- Support sales teams by developing consulting engagement structures, proposals, and statements of work, and assist with prospect discovery sessions, demos, and planning meetings
- Conduct current-state assessments across business functions and apply best practices, industry and competitor research to design optimized future-state architectures
- Prepare requirements definitions and estimates for quoting implementations, ensuring full and proper handoff from sales to implementation
- Participate in user group and customer functions such as product demos, value-add workshops, and customer events to reinforce rapport and engagement
- Meet or exceed annual sales targets while contributing to long-term customer success strategies
What you will likely bring:
- 5+ years of sales experience with demonstrated success and knowledge
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, distribution, or building supply preferred
- Experience working in a consulting capacity in any of the above areas
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with ongoing technical certifications to stay current with industry trends
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
