We are looking for:

An experienced and talented Senior Social Media Strategist who knows everything about social media. You have successfully built communities for brands across multiple social channels. You know how to help brands build a strong, unique presence across social. You focus on strategy first. You have a holistic understanding of what it means to drive awareness for a brand. You stay on top of the latest platform trends and know how to tie them into a brand’s story. You know how to tell a compelling story and how to catch the eye of audiences in a crowded market. You know how to best work with content creators, copywriters, designers and performance marketing managers. You are passionate about community, growth, and creativity.

You'll do:
  • Creating multi-channel brand awareness strategies for a variety of clients and NoGood
  • Analyzing and reporting on content performance across multiple social platforms to regularly inform strategy
  • Regularly communicating with clients, leading external meetings and sharing learnings
  • Building content calendars for clients and collaborating with creators, designers and copywriters to oversee the execution
  • Managing the day-to-day social media communities for clients, working inside the channels
You have:
  • 6+ years experience building engaged brand communities on social media
  • A strong creator persona, style, and content approach
  • Experience in organic social management and the ability to help activate campaigns in the space
  • Strong writing skills (short- and long-form)
  • A deep understanding of social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and more 
  • A deep understanding of what makes social content viral
  • Experience working with or managing content creators
  • The ability to demonstrate an excellent knowledge of internet culture and the latest social media news, platforms, and updates
  • A good pulse on the language of the Internet and understanding of the subcultures/trends of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, etc.
  • Experience setting marketing objectives and quarterly KPIs to optimize the content strategy 
  • Paid media and SEO experience is a major plus!
  • Hands-on experience creating viral, high-performing short-form video content is a plus!

The compensation range for this position is $80,000-$100,000.
