Description

About the Company:
ArcSite pioneers innovative drawing, estimating, and takeoff solutions for the construction industry. We enhance construction professionals' efficiency and productivity through technology that works seamlessly on mobile devices and laptops—without the steep learning curve of traditional CAD applications. Our software helps businesses close deals faster and save hours weekly by streamlining quotes and takeoff reports. Our dynamic team is committed to making CAD accessible worldwide. We're innovative professionals dedicated to transforming our customers' design experiences.

About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and strategic marketer to lead and scale ArcSite’s community and engagement programs. In this role, you’ll own our community hubs, organic social presence, ambassador initiatives, and local field engagement efforts. You’ll foster meaningful conversations, build connections with power users, influencers, and partners, and create content that amplifies customer stories and drives peer-to-peer engagement — all aimed at establishing ArcSite as a trusted authority in the industry.

This is a highly cross-functional role, collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our presence, deepening relationships with our audience, and creating real value for our customers — both online and in person. If you’re excited about building programs from the ground up, bringing people together, and positioning ArcSite as an essential part of our customers' business success, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead ArcSite’s community programs to foster connection, learning, and peer-to-peer support.
  • Define and scale an ambassador program, activating power users for advocacy, referrals, UGC, and events.
  • Plan and execute local meetups, field events, and collaborate with customers, ambassadors, and influencers at larger industry events.
  • Represent ArcSite at conferences and industry events through speaking engagements, panels, and customer storytelling.
  • Identify and manage collaborations with influencers, podcasts, and creators who reach our core audience.
  • Evolve the affiliate program to strengthen relationships with industry experts and drive high-quality referrals.
  • Own ArcSite’s organic social strategy, creating and scheduling content to build awareness and foster engagement.
  • Track and optimize key engagement metrics to evaluate program performance and drive ongoing improvements.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in community building, field marketing, brand engagement, or influencer/ambassador programs.
  • Proven success in launching or scaling programs that drive awareness, advocacy, and customer engagement.
  • Experience planning and executing in-person events, meetups, and field activations.
  • Strong understanding of community programs, social media strategy, content development, and engagement best practices.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable working directly with customers, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Public speaking experience, both virtual and in-person, with a focus on engaging diverse audiences and representing the brand.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with creativity, energy, and a test-and-learn mindset.
  • Experience with community platforms, social scheduling tools, and CRM or marketing automation systems.
  • Passion for serving both small business and enterprise customers, preferably in the home services, construction, or AEC space.
Benefits
  • 100% remote
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Vested 401K match as of start date
  • $75 monthly wellness stipend
  • Semi-Annual Company Offsites

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
