As our Senior Campaign and Content Manager, you'll be at the center of how we can continue to evolve our brand and tell our story to the market. You'll coordinate the programs, content, and campaigns that bring our brand and product positioning to life across every channel, from the words on our website to the branding at our flagship conference. You'll write compelling copy as easily as you manage a vendor relationship, and you'll know how to turn strategy into a functioning campaign calendar. This is your opportunity to shape how the market sees us.

You'll own the coordination layer across branding, customer marketing, events, demand gen, product launches, and organic channels, working closely with agencies, analysts, content creators, and internal stakeholders to keep everything moving and on-brand.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate branding programs, including asset collection/distribution and agency relationship management

  • Own blog writing, editorial calendar management, long-form copywriting (white papers, guides), and case study writing

  • Maintain the marketing campaign calendar, AI-enabled branding guidelines, and ongoing website, blog, and content updates

  • Help coordinate Engage and other industry conferences, including speaker sourcing, branding, onsite coordination, and video production

  • Help manage recurring events deliverables (templates, swag specs, signage, etc.)

  • Manage brand and content needs demand gen campaigns

  • Support cross-functional product launch coordination

  • Support organic social media and other third-party channels

  • Own key vendor and creative relationships, including creative agencies, analysts, external content creators, and paid media partners

  • Maintain Monday.com workspace ownership and ongoing KPI/V2MOM alignment

What success looks like:

  • Grow Element451's brand awareness and share of voice

  • Increase visibility of Bolt as a standalone brand

  • Scale campaign execution by maintaining a rolling marketing campaign calendar

  • Help deliver the company's flagship annual conference against targeted goals

  • Contribute to continuous performance improvements across organic and third-party channels

What you'll bring:

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, preferably spanning content, campaigns, and program coordination; higher education experience is a plus

  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and competing deadlines without losing sight of priorities

  • Strong long-form writing skills, with experience producing blogs, white papers, and case studies

  • Experience managing external vendor and agency relationships

  • Comfort owning a marketing campaign calendar and translating strategy into an executable, always-current plan

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional launches or events, from planning through onsite/live execution

  • Familiarity with project management tools (Monday.com or similar)

  • Strong understanding of brand voice and the ability to maintain consistency across written content

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Excellent written communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
