The Solutions Engineer will create and deliver personalized demos and proof-of-concepts for an AI platform serving higher education. Responsibilities include partnering with Account Executives, translating technical capabilities into compelling narratives, configuring AI agents and workflows, tracking POC success metrics, and ensuring data security, FERPA compliance, and accessibility. The role also develops reusable demo assets and promotes internal AI fluency while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

Lead and scale demand generation for a B2B SaaS platform: own paid media, lifecycle and digital campaigns, manage a ~$1.5M media budget, implement experimentation and AI-driven workflows, align marketing with sales, and improve reporting, attribution, and pipeline performance.

Lead post-sales integrations for Element451: validate SOWs, architect and scope SIS and other integrations, run engineering delivery through build/UAT/go-live, operate maintenance and live support, set processes/tooling, partner with Product to productize integrations, and measure delivery KPIs.
