RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB DUTIES
- Leads cross-functional teams to implement high-impact business improvements.
- Prepares operational assessments based on research and field evaluations, including competitor evaluations, operational effectiveness and capacity utilization
- Supports the development of future state roadmap and business cases that will automate key business functions that deliver quicker, intuitive and frictionless Member experiences
- Documents and maps processes while making recommendations on improvements
- Assists in ideating, prototyping, and ultimately scaling solutions to support business growth, optimization and transformation
- Support the execution of approved plans
- Performs other related duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Possesses strong analytical skills and demonstrated success coordinating operations across various business groups and stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Google suite
- Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment, delivering high quality results under pressure
- Strong planning, problem-solving and project management skills
- Critical thinker with a proven ability to provide solutions based on research, data, and industry trends
- Must be able to understand and follow complex instructions
EDUCATION, COMPETENCIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES
- Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business, operations, or a related field

We target between minimum and midpoint of the range, and all offers are subject to a fair pay analysis - Compensation Range: Min: $129,223.00 - Mid: $161,528.00- Max: $193,834.00
