Location: Remote (Please apply only if you are based in New York or the greater NY area. This is a strict requirement for this role!!!)

About Everstake:

Everstake is the leading decentralized staking provider, trusted by millions of users and institutions globally. We support 85+ Proof-of-Stake blockchains, securing over $6.5 billion in assets while delivering reliable rewards through non-custodial infrastructure.

As staking becomes a core layer of the financial stack, Everstake powers the platforms that serve the next generation of users — from crypto-native wallets and DeFi apps to custodians and fintechs integrating staking at scale.

Our Vision:

We envision a world where every digital asset platform offers native staking access — not as an afterthought, but as a core product. Everstake is building the infrastructure and partner network to make this seamless, secure, and scalable. In the U.S., our mission is to unlock regulated, high-performing staking options for millions of users through trusted platforms they already use.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Business Development Manager for the US market, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and growing strategic partnerships with platforms that can integrate Everstake’s staking infrastructure — including custodians, brokerages, CEXs, wallets, and fintechs operating in or expanding into the U.S.

You’ll be expected to navigate complex stakeholder environments, stay informed on evolving regulatory narratives (especially around staking), and drive integrations that deliver value to millions of end users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Acquisition: Identify, engage, and close high-potential platform partners in the U.S. market — especially those integrating staking-as-a-service for their user base.
  • Stakeholder Navigation: Work with compliance, legal, and product teams on both sides to move deals forward in a tightly regulated market.
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Collaborate on integration roadmaps, partner enablement, and post-launch GTM to ensure adoption.
  • Industry Representation: Be Everstake’s U.S. face at conferences, investor summits, private roundtables, and crypto-native meetups.
  • Market Mapping: Maintain a pulse on U.S. ecosystem trends — including new wallet infrastructure, brokerage platforms, DeFi aggregators, and staking regulation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Direct Sales, Product, Legal, Marketing) to streamline partner onboarding and feedback cycles.

Success in this Role Looks Like:

  • Launching and scaling 3–5 strategic integrations with U.S. platforms in your first 12 months
  • Driving 8 to 9 digits in Assets Under Staking through partner channels
  • Shortening average integration time-to-market by working cross-functionally with Product
  • Building a trusted presence for Everstake across the U.S. staking ecosystem — becoming the go-to partner for compliant platforms seeking staking solutions
  • Contributing market insights and partner feedback that directly shape new staking features and product priorities

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Go-to-Market roles in crypto, fintech, or infrastructure SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success leading full-cycle partnerships or complex product integrations, ideally within a regulated U.S. market.
  • High Web3 fluency - you understand validator economics, staking flows, and wallet architecture, and can clearly explain these to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Prior experience with the U.S. -based crypto platforms, custodians, or financial institutions is a strong plus.
  • Strong existing network within the U.S. crypto platform ecosystem (wallets, CEXs, fintechs, custodians).
  • Excellent communication skills — native-level English fluency (spoken and written), with the ability to lead executive conversations.
  • Travel-ready — willing and able to attend major U.S. and global conferences and meet partners in person.

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive base salary, a performance-based variable bonus tied to partner and Assets Under Staking growth, and equity plan aligned with impact and based on seniority and tenure. As part of a globally distributed team, you'll also have access to travel budgets for events and partner meetings, with flexible remote work support. This role offers growth opportunities into Regional Lead roles as the team scales.

If you’re ready to help shape staking’s future in the U.S., we want to hear from you.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
