BETER is the exclusive rights holder of tournament products, broadcasting rights, and official data, and ensures their organization through professional tournament operators, including Setka Cup and ESportsBattle, which conduct official sports and esports events in accordance with established standards and under the auspices of relevant federations and regulatory requirements.

As we grow across North America, we're hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business with US-facing sportsbook operators. This is a senior new-business role. You'll own the US pipeline end-to-end, navigate a market that changes state by state, and open and grow large operator accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the US outbound pipeline from start to finish: discovery, demo, proposal and integration kick-off.
  • Land and grow large US operator and enterprise accounts.
  • Track market and competitor movements state by state.
  • Use referral-partner networks to reach key targets.
  • Represent BETER's sports and esports products with senior operator stakeholders.
  • Keep the CRM disciplined and hit agreed pipeline targets.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in B2B iGaming sales, ideally with sportsbook or data-feed providers.
  • Proven US market experience and a strong operator network.
  • A clear understanding of state-by-state regulation and US in-play/betting.
  • Experience owning long, complex B2B sales cycles end-to-end.
  • English (fluent).
